I would like to order more than one item, what will my postage cost be?

To keep things simple, we offer a flat rate of £1.95 Royal Mail no matter how many items you purchase per order. This ensures you have peace of mind when ordering with us and you know exactly what you will pay upfront.

I would like an item sending Overseas, how much will this cost and how long will it take to arrive?

Please email us at and we will give you an accurate postage cost based upon weight and destination. Note that all payments must be made in GBP and you should allow 10 days for your item to be delivered in Europe and 15 days Worldwide.

I have placed an order and wondered when it will arrive?

If you place an order before 1pm, it will be despatched on the same day. If you place your order after 1pm, it will be despatched the day after. You will always receive an email to let you know that your package has been despatched.  Please allow 1-3 working days for your parcel to arrive.

I’d like to order a gift for a friend, are you able to send it directly to them?

Yes we can! At checkout, you’ll have the option to ‘send direct to recipient’, just fill in their details there and we’ll make sure your item goes straight to them. We also offer a Gift Wrapping service if you want to make your gift that bit more special which you can also add at checkout. Pop a personal message in for free by emailing us at

I’d like to order a gift for a friend but I’m really not sure what to choose! Can you help?

Yes! We have a full Gift Voucher service, selling vouchers in £5, £10, £15, £20, £25, £50 denominations. You can buy these the same as an actual product just by clicking on the amount you’d like and add to your basket. We wrap your vouchers for free and can also send them direct to recipient if you’d prefer. If you’ve left it a little late then don’t worry, we can send your friend an Evoucher! All they need to do is shop till they drop and enter the voucher code at the checkout – it couldn’t be simpler. Please refer to our Gift Voucher & Wrapping page for full details..

I like a necklace but I am not sure about the length of it, can you please advise?

Please have a look at our Size Guide which will demonstrate where your necklace will sit on your body, depending on the length of the chain. All of our product descriptions have the chain length in so you are able to refer to this. Alternatively, you can also send us a picture of the dress / outfit you would like to wear your necklace with and we can personally advise you. Please refer to our ‘Personal Shopper’ page.

I’d like to pay by cheque, do you offer this option?

Am I able to ring up and pay over the phone?

Yes, please have your debit or credit card to hand and the item number of the product you wish to purchase and call 0117 927 3846 (9am-5pm). A receipt for your payment will be sent out with your order.

How do I care for and clean my Costume Jewellery?

Our designs have been made with the highest quality metals and will therefore last you a long time if you take good care of them. Some care instructions are obvious such as taking care when putting on and taking off your jewellery to avoid unnecessary scratching, avoid getting your jewellery wet or using perfumes & lotions on or around it as this could cause a chemical reaction which could cause tarnishing. If this happens, dry immediately, dab with a damp, clean cloth and dry again. To clean your jewellery normally use a soft polishing cloth. Do not use any type of chemical whatsoever.
